[Closed] Can't watch VikiPass plus shows on Roku

I am subscribed to Viki Pass Plus but cannot watch Plus shows on my Roku....I have been a subscriber since 2022 and renewed the Plus pass on 4/24/23...please advise.

Subtitles not working for "Again My LIfe"...they work for all other shows on 2 differents TVs/Roku devices. Please advise. Thanks.
