I reinstalled the Viki app and logged back in. It’s still the same. I cannot rewind/fast forward using the Firestick remote either. This is happening on all shows. The app version is 2.6.3.

I’m having the same problem on my TV. Using fire stick. Rewind/fast forward functions disappeared
