Why can other video streaming services give you parental control choices but not Viki?  And why Viki does not have a customer service to provide a opinion?

Thank you marysmithdouglas_649. I used +(enter) and it starts with 1st number! Still, it is annoying to have to enter the pin each time,,,,,

 I am having trouble entering the PIN also. Start at the 2nd or 3rd number and can not enter the first number. I hope this will be fixed quickly. (eliminate)
