[Closed] I subscrbe to Viki and suddenly today I'm getting all these ads how do I stop them? I've logged out back in and no change. Please help.

Suddenly I started getting multiple ads and cannot get them to stop.when I go to setti gs it won't let me turn off the ads. I have a roku tv

Everything is turn to closed caption it's the beginning of the movie and take my word for it the blue cc is there on the keft side of the screen. Nothing is working period.
