    I just emailed them regarding this too.  My grandmother took over my Viki account and now I can't find anything I've been trying to watch.  We need the option for profiles, please!

    Getting a false error saying we are using proxy/VPN on our TV that uses Amazon fire stick. Viki used to work on this device and this just popped up a day or two ago. No changes have been made to ...
