[Closed] Viki Pass member but videos are locked

Hi. As a viki pass member, until now I cannot access the videos that are eligible supposedly for viki pass standard members. For your assistance please. Thanks.

Hi. Same here, my viki pass is not working. I can’t watch videos because they are locked. But it is included on the benefits when subscribed to viki pass standard. Thank you.
