This worked for me also but I have yet to check if I have to do this for each episode . I think Viki should fix this for those of us who subscribe!

3. [Closed] new episodes say the english subtitles are done but they are not showing up

The problem still has not been fixed! I can view older episodes of current dramas but none of the new episodes, Taxi Driver 2 as an example.
