Hello... I am having problems loading videos for several shows and episodes. I am getting the message "The video failed to load" when I try watching on all my devices - Web (Viki.com) mobile phone...

The same problem occurs on several shows/episodes. It seems that VIKI is having server issues, but no one is responding to customers right now so who knows.
