I am a viki pass plus member. I have trouble streaming videos they take forever to load or they freeze mid stream. In addition all my "collections" and favs have disappeared. I don't even show vids...

is this community chat viewed by Viki tech support? I wonder if there was a recent upgrade on our computers that caused this glitch?

i have even tried diff browsers, google chrome, edge, firefox...still not working akkkk. and we are paying for this service. would be great if they could fix it soon...i need my kdrama fix :)

so odd my 2nd laptop is showing the subtitles just fine. I cant understand why some laptops/comp are affected and not others.
