    I do not understand when I am looking at programs on the app it freezes. It doesn't matter when I am looking it happens each time. Is there something wrong with your app? Please tell me what to do,...

    I am watching the show and then it freezes but the subtitles still continue....I have to rewind it a bit to get it started again....Help!!!
