App not allowing me to cast to my Samsung tv from Android phone OR from iPad

The Viki app is not allowing me to cast to my Samsung smart TV from my Samsung phone or from my iPad. I paid for a subscription partly so I could cast, and my TV dosent appear in the casting option...
