[Solved] Viki not working properly on my TV


I have a paid subscription and Viki is not working properly on my Roku. Shows that I wanted to continue watching have been removed or blocked and some shows listed as free are also blocked. Right now, I can only watch content from my computer so I would like to know why and what I can do to get this resolved.
