[Solved] new shows are "blocked" but my account is current

Tried to watch some new shows but got the "blocked" message.  Updated my credit card account for Viki Pass but account was current.  

Can you help?

  • First thing this morning, checked several of the shows that were "blocked" yesterday.  They were working.  However, there were a few new shows where I continue to get the message about something went wrong, try again later.

    So it seems there is a little progress.  Good luck all.
