Can't Log In

Trying to log in. have created a new password. The site will not allow me to log in - says the link has expired. 

This seems to be an old problem. What to do now?

    We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging in and accessing your subscription. Upon checking, it seems that you're now able to access some shows. 

    If you're still experiencing the same issue, before performing a password reset, please make sure to log out from all your devices by following the steps in this article: How do I log out of all my devices?

    To reset your password:

    1. Go to viki.com/forgot_password
    2. Enter the email address you used to register
    3. You will receive an email with further instructions. Follow the steps and update your password. Make sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see the email in your Inbox.
