[Closed] Unable to watch due to an error

Hello

I was watching cutie pie episode 1 then tried on episode and even any others dramas I keep getting an error message THE SAME: Oh no! Something went wrong..... in span an hour after a every few minutes to try again.

I cleaned cache, restart chrome and even my laptop, I disabled adblock....so the situation is still the same.

    Hi there,

    Our team is aware that there is this issue on Viki.com. 

    As you are using Google Chrome, please try updating your Widevine Content Decryption Model first as some users were able to resolve the issue through the update. 

    1. Copy and paste 'chrome://components/' into your browser's address bar. 
    2. Scroll down and locate the 'Widevine Content Decryption Module' section
    3. Click to update
