[Closed] Issues playing/resuming 2 days 1 night

Hello! I am currently unable to resume watching a show (2 Days 1 Night 4) on both the Viki app and the browser online. I keep receiving the error message "Oops something wrong! If the error keeps persisting check the Viki Status Page." I already tried clearing my cache and logging back in on my browser but nothing has worked. I don't believe it's a browser issue since I am also having issues on the app. Someone posted with a similar issue with a post called "The Master Plan - can't resume watching," so I am assuming that this is a site issue. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks in advance. :)
