Able to hear sound and see subtitle, but not able to see video.

Mac operating system = Monterey

Browser = Brave version 1.39.122 Chromium 102.0.5505.115 (Offical Build) x86_64)

Browser = Chrome version 102.0.5005.61 (Offical Build) (x86_64)

Having issues with both of the above browsers (no issue for many years before yesterday) 

I also logged off and cleared the cache (browser history) several times, logged back in and still unable to view video. 

Please advise.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with the web video player despite the troubleshooting steps you've made. 

    Since you're still experiencing these issues with the video player, can you please provide the following information?

    • Go to any affected video > video player settings > click 'Report Video Issues' and submit a report. This will allow us to obtain some information on the backend to debug the issue.
    • Are you using a VPN or proxy?
    • A screenshot or screencast of the error message or issue
    • Your internet speed. Please share with us the download speed by going to this website.
    • Your console log and network HAR file. For more information on how to locate these, click here.
