[Closed] False VPN/proxy error message

I have been using Viki for years with no issue. All of the sudden I am encountered vpn or proxy messages I have done all the recommended actions. I have contacted the third party support too. I have not heard anything back.. I don’t have vpn . I have deleted and reinstalled the Viki app. Please advise.
