[Closed] Error in processing payment



A couple of days ago, my subscription ended unexpectedly and now its asking me to resubscribe, but the site doesn't process my payment.

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues subscribing to Viki Pass.

    A charge can be declined by the credit card's issuing bank at any time and can happen for a variety of reasons. For more details, please check that your card is a supported payment mode and read this article first. 

    If you're still having issues, what we suggest is to:

    • Try to use another billing card
    • Contact your bank to check if your card is valid for this purchase. 
    • Subscribe via your iOS/Android Viki app instead. See the 'Subscribing on Mobile' section here for detailed instructions. 

    Otherwise, do write to us via our Help Center ( with more details:

    • How are you trying to subscribe? Via web on ? Or on the mobile app through iTunes/Google Play Store?
    • Was there an error message shown when you were trying to subscribe?
    • A screenshot/photo of the error message or page you see

  • I changed my payment method and I got a email saying my payment method failed even though I have money in my account
    I like to know what is going on
