[Closed] Viki does not open on Roku or Smart Hub

We have been watching with no problem but yesterday neither the Roku Viki app nor the Smart Hub App will open on our Samsung TV. I updated the app and it still did not function. Next, deleted the app and reinstalled the Viki app but it still does not open on by either the Roku or Smart Hub.
