I am also having this problem. I turned on my Roku and it started automatically updating itself. After it was finished I clicked on Viki app and the app asked me to log in….which I did but then it kicked me out of the app and won’t let me in. All other apps work fine. I also deleted app and reinstalled it and the same thing happens. I was watching the app last night with no problems…so I know this must be related to the Roku update. Updates are supposed to fix problems not cause problems…but this seems to be common with Roku. I hope there is a fix for this soon.

Hi all,
We're aware of the crashing issues with the Roku Viki Channel, and our team is working on it.
Do follow this post for updates as this duplicate topic would be closed.
In the meantime, we suggest watching on Viki.com or on our other supported apps.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Best,

I am having the same problem. The Viki app updated about 4 hours ago and that is when it all started. It's update that messed up the Viki App.
tried restarting viki app, reinstalling viki app, updating viki app, powering on/off roku, resetting roku , updating roku.
other roku apps work ok — just viki. problem started when roku updated today
I am also having this problem.
