[Closed] Can’t launch Viki on Roku
I tried to troubleshoot but nothing is working. The app won’t open at all on my Roku. I deleted and reinstalled it twice, checked for updates and restarted my Roku. All the other apps work fine.

I have the same problem.
Good to know that I’m not the only one having this issue.
It was working for me yesterday, but today when launching on two different Rokus the app starts to open then exits. Both Rokus were working yesterday.
failed for me here as well. here in sunny southwest Florida.
Same here. I was asked to sign in. Did that. Then it briefly showed my shows, then closed. I tried removing and reloading and it will not even open. Super frustrating.

Today when launching Viki, it starts to open then exits. I have reset the Roku and TV, but is a Viki issue.
I have the same problem. It worked this morning, but not now. First it asked me to sign in, then it seemed like it was going to open, but went back to my roku home page.
Same here. It worked fine for about 15 minutes then there was an update and now it kicks me back to the Roku Home Screen.
Same here is not working. It just won't launch.
I am having the same problem. It asked me to login and then it was loading and just exited out of the app. I uninstalled and installed again but still exiting out the app.
WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH VIKI. THE SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSER EVERYDAY.
