[Closed] IPAD & Iphone not playing certain Viki shows

since 4/11/2022, we have been unable to play certain Viki shows. Some Viki shows will play. Others will just spin and eventually time out. Please help. We have 2 Ipads and 1 Iphone 8.

    Could you first please try the following:

    1. Log out from the Viki app
    2. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    3. Restart your device and log back into Viki

    If this does not help resolve the issue, could you please provide us with the following helpful information:

    1. Does this occur on all shows? If not, please let me know the specific shows and episodes you're having problems with (ex. "Chicago Typewriter" Episode 2)
    2. What version of the Viki app are you using? You can find it on the app settings.
    3. What's your device and Operating System version?
    4. Your internet speed. To test this download this application and share the results: Android or Apple
    5. Screenshot of the issue or the error message you see.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I deleted and reinstalled the Viki app and restarted but still have the problem.

    It happens on my 2 IPads and iPhone 8. My Visio television has no problems playing all Viki programs. It’s just the Apple devices with the ISO operating systems that are malfunctioning.

    My main Viki show that is not working is Young Lady and Gentleman (all episodes).
    Another program is Hwa Jung, the Princess of Light (all episodes). Some shows works ok.

    My Viki version is:

    My download speed is: 10.85 Mbps
