I can no longer access my Viki using Chromecast it tell me to update when I go to google to update my chromecast it"s telling me my account automatically updates to latest version.

I can no longer access my Viki account stating that i need update my google account.  I am using my chromecast which states my version is upto date.

    We're sorry to read you're experiencing these issues with Chromecast.

    To make sure this is not a browser issue, can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser
    3. Close the browser and restart it again.
    4. If you're using the Google Home app to control your Chromecast, please Reboot your Google Home.
    5. Reboot your Chromecast device.
    6. Turn off your internet router, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
    7. Make sure Chromecast is connected to the same Wifi network as your device. Also do note that they are either on the same 2.4GHz or 5GHz wifi network.
    8. Log back into your Viki account and try casting again.

    Are you still having the same issues with casting from Viki.com and Chromecast? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    • An exact description of the problem you're experiencing.
    • The model number of your Chromecast device.
    • The browser version and operating system you're using. You can find this here: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ You’ll get a link with all the information we need. Please share this link with us.
    • Your console log and network HAR file. For more information on how to locate these, click here: https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/articles/202660740
    • Viki username/account email address. 
    • A screenshot or short video of the error message or issue.
