advertisements are back on my subscribed account

I have my subscription till the 17 of April 2022 which I plan on renewing  yet from today morning  the advertisements are back can you pls help

    Since you mentioned that you're not seeing or experiencing your Viki Pass benefits, most likely, you're not logged in to your Viki Pass account on your device. 

    To see your benefits, please make sure you're logged into the account you've used to subscribe.

    If you've forgotten the password to this account, you can reset it by taking these steps:

    1. Go to https://www.viki.com/forgot_password
    2. Enter your email address
    3. Follow the steps in the email. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.
