they continued to ask me to stop my adbloker. i did but nothing happened. i relaunched my browser and everything. nothing. i tried again today after a few days. i even removed the extension but the pop up continues to say I need to stop my adblock. what kind of joke is this?

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    2. Close your current window, then launch a new window
    3. Log in to your Viki account
    4. Follow the steps here to disable or ensure that adblock is disabled
    5. If you are using Firefox, disable your Enhanced Tracking Protection feature for
    6. If you are using Chrome, check that you have the Chrome adblock toggled off or that '' is added to the list of 'Allow' sites

    If you have tried the above steps and is still seeing the adblock message, it is likely that something else on your computer or network is causing the detection to fail. If that is the case, do take the following steps:

    • Look for other browser extensions or installed programs that might hide ads, or block trackers/cookies (Eg. NoScript, other ad blockers, Kaspersky Anti-Banner, Avira Safe Shopping, Avira Anti-Virus, Ghostery, PrivacyBadger, or Disconnect)
    • Connect to another network (eg. mobile data or another WIFI connection) or contact your Internet Service Provider to enquire.
    • Use another web browser (eg. Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge)
