Subtitle options aren't changeable

Hi there, 

so I have this problem where I want to change the subtitle size. I am currently using Noto Sans Normal with white text color and transparent background. This is apparently the standard as whenever I press "reset" it goes to that again.

Now, for weeks and months I used the black background instead and no matter what I did, I couldn't switch back to the transparent one. Somehow this just worked again a few days ago and I could switch.

What I STILL can't change, is the font size. No matter which one I pick, it always goes back to "Normal". For some shows this makes them unreadable, as they are above Hangul in the show.

I tried pretty much everything:
Different browsers, clearing cache and cookies and everything in my browsers etc. It just doesn't work. Send help.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We're to hear you're having this issue with the subtitles.

    As a temporary solution, please try these steps:

    1. Log out, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and close your browser completely.
    2. Restart your browser and log back into Viki.com
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the website and change the language to English
    4. Go to your account settings page and verify that the language is also set to English 

    5. Play the video of your choice and change the subtitle language to your choice if needed

    6. Click on "Subtitle Appearance" and choose the size you prefer. Select "Save" to complete the change.
