[Closed] Subtitles not working for "Again My LIfe"

Subtitles not working for "Again My LIfe"...they work for all other shows on 2 differents TVs/Roku devices.  Please advise.

    We're sorry that you're experiencing issues with Viki on your Roku.

    We've checked the show Again My Life, and it appears that the English translation for this show isn't completed yet. When subtitles for a video don’t appear or are incomplete, the community has not finished with the subtitling yet. 

    Please note that Viki does not translate or subtitle content ourselves; instead, our passionate contributor community (people like you!) subtitle content on Viki. You can learn more about our contributor community here.

    You can check a video if it has been completely subtitled by referring to the subtitle completion percentage at the bottom of the video thumbnail. 

    If the show that you're watching has 100% subtitle completion already and the same issue occurs, to make sure this is not an app problem, you can try doing the steps below: 

    1. Log out from your Viki account.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your Roku. Learn how to do this here.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account by following the steps here.
