Can’t watch any video on m’y Samsung smartv, since almost a year. Thé model of my smartv is UN50AU8000GXZS

    I understand and am sorry that you are experiencing issues with watching Viki. Do note that Mobile, Tablet, and Smart TV browser playback is no longer available on Viki.

    If you currently do not have any of the devices that we support, we’re glad to let you know that we do have more TV apps planned for the year. Once released, you'll be able to install it and watch Viki on your TV.
