[Closed] Unable to view movies and trailer on Sony TV using Roku

Every time I click to view a trailer or movie I get kicked out of the Viki app on my Sony TV using Roku. I am able to view shows with episodes but no movies or trailer. Automatically kicks me out of Viki.
