[Closed] Subtitles Stopped Working

Hi,

My subtitles disappeared on my TV with Roku just yesterday. The subtitles were fine the day before. Even when I replay and old episode that had subs, it’s now missing. I tried turning off and on subs again, logging out and back into the Viki app, deleting my app and re-adding it to my Roku but still no change. The show shows the subs fine if I AirPlay from my iPad but I don’t want to have to do that all the time.
