  1. Select the 'Search' icon on the top left of the Fire TV home page
  2. Search for the Viki app in the Amazon App Store
  3. Select 'Get' or 'Update' to download the latest version of the Viki app

  Why is it that when I try to download the VIKI app on my Fire TV, it says “app not owned” and then when I try to go to the App Store, it says “Unavailable” ? Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

  I have viki on my fire stick and I also have it on my phone.  I can watch it on the phone but when I try to open the app on my fire stick it telling me to go to viki.com/firetv and log in and then when when asked to enter the code appearing on the screen,  When I log in it never asked for the code.  Can I link my phone with the app on the fire stick?
