[Closed] Nvidia shield: viki original content won’t play
Recently anything that is a “viki original” won’t play on on the viki app on my nvidia shield. Non “viki originals” play fine.
My shield is up to date, I’ve rebooted the hardware and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. My subscription is current and paid for. The “viki original”content does load when i play it on my iPhone which I can then chrome cast to the shield.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

When I try to play “viki original” content the “Rakuten viki original” pre roll will play but then an error “oh no! Something went wrong. We’re looking into it as you read this. Please try again in a few minutes. “
