[Closed] I cant use my vike
My tv is subscribed to viki it took payment already. But when i play tv shows is says locked & when i go to check if im subscribed it says yes i am but i need to restore purchase on the setting page to link the subscription with my account. But when i go to setting and click restore purchase it always says something went wrong (restore error 500 : failed to contact roku server to verify transaction ID) PLEASE HELP ME its already 5 days since i cant watch anything

Ps: i cant even uninstall the viki app from my roku tv to re-install maybe that will help.
