[Closed] NO RESPONSE TO USER INQUIRIES re User Interface change

AMAZING.  How long does it take to restore this user interface to what it was before this brainless disaster of a change?  AND STILL NO RESPONSE to user inquiries.  NO UPDATE on progress?  Is it profitable to ignore the end user?
