[Closed] Roku Subtitles stopped working

Subtitles show to be on but none of the shows display them. Even though they are translated at 100% and I have previously watched them with subtitles. I’ve tried logging out then logging back in, restarting my Roku, my wifi and nothing has worked. I would hate to have to cancel my subscription then resubscribe. Any solutions?
