[Closed] Learn Mode stopped working

Hi - I use Chrome and have cleared the cache, closed window and logged back in.   When I click on the subtitles button it does not let me turn on Learn Mode.   It was working for the first six episodes of Witch's Romance.  I'm on episode 8 and it won't work.

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close your current window, then launch a new window
    4. Log in to your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser

  • Hello, I have the same problem. It doesn't work on my personal computer on firefox or on chrome. I also tried on my profesionnal computer, and it doesn't work. I tried your solutions but it doesn't work
