I am not able to download the viki app in Google even though I have tried many times don't know what's the problem please check and give a solution

Thank you for contacting Viki Community Support.
We're afraid we already ceased support on Android devices with OS 6 and below.
Kindly use another device to download the newest version of the Viki app.
