[Closed] Rakuten viki app won't load

I've uninstalled ans reinstalled the viki app on firestick OS 6 version and the app is stuck on logo screen. It works on my phone and computer but not on my smart TV firestick. Everything is updated...why not working??! Please help and fix issue.
