[Closed] Continue Watching Not Working... Still.

I initially realized this back in July of this year. Tried to deal with it, thought it was just temporary. A month later, it still hasn't been fixed, so I decided to submit a ticket. I was told to do the most generic and basic things like restart your computer, make sure adblock is disabled. reinstall viki (I use a browser.). etc etc. I've already tried all this before I decided to submit a ticket. I cleared my browser history, cache, etc etc. Everything. I've tried everything. Sent a reply letting them know of this and they are forwarding this to their team to have this resolved.


Fast forward to today, December 12, 2021... Still an issue. Nothing's been solved. Nothing works still. I pay premium plus and I know it's to watch exclusive dramas without any ads, blah blah. But I feel like if I'm paying, then I should have my money's worth of an ease of access to the next episode of the dramas I'm currently watching. I'm really debating whether or not I want to cancel my subscription if this does not get solved. It's been 6 months and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's still having this issue.
