New Viki platform fried my Roku. No Viki since November 2121. No Mac/ IP address 0000000

No tv wifi connection. Wifi working iPad/iPhone. I see this has been a problem in the past

    We're really sorry if you're having issues with your Roku device when using Viki. May we know if this issue is also appearing when using other services aside from Viki?

    Have you tried to re-install the app inside Roku?

    To make sure this is not an app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here: http://bit.ly/30pc6qX

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. An exact description of the issue you're experiencing.
    2. Which device and model number are you using?
    3. A screenshot, picture, or short video of the error message or issue.
