[Closed] Pausing

I downloaded Viki to see the dramas I can't see on YouTube or anywhere else since I don't have Netflix.... But the video keeps having pauses very frequently.... And by frequent I mean once in 3-5 secs... Can you give me a solution to this please.... I'm new to the app so I don't know much.... But I did try the following: 1. Reinstalling the app 2. Logging in again 3. Restarting my phone 4. Checking my network connection (the net had no issues)
