[Solved] Upload cover button does not work on collections

I have tried to upload a cover to my collections on two different devices, and although the words "Upload cover" appear, the mouse does not change when over the image, and it does not go to an upload page.

Is there another way to add a cover to my collection?

    To follow up on this - if you have an Android or iOS mobile device, you may also upload a cover image on our Viki mobile apps (Android / iOS). Steps to do so can be found on this article.

    Otherwise, we will let you know once the issue on our website has been fixed.

  • I also cannot upload a cover photo for a new fan collection or update any photos on my existing collections. It is now two months later than saturdaygirl's question. Has a solution been found?

  • I was finally able to upload a cover photo using my tablet, but it took me four tries before it actually saved without immediately disappearing.

  • I've been trying on both website and phone and cannot get the option to upload a photo for my collections. I hope this is resolved soon. I know you are all very busy.

    We're sorry that you're facing this inconvenience!

    You should be able to upload the collection cover on the mobile app in the meantime, so we will be reaching out to you privately via email to try and resolve this issue. 

    Please help to respond there too to prevent multiple requests confusion.

  • This bug has been fixed. I was already able to upload a cover to my collections from the website.
