Hi, my daughter Courtney wrote to you, she has Cerebral Palsy, can’t speak and has a hard time reading because of the lack of focusing of her eyes. She loves the Korean light dramas, especially the ones with a lot of romance. However, see is unable to read the subtitles herself, which means she has to depend on me to read them for her. She wants to know if there is a way to have the subtitles read to get in English?
Even more confusing, she is wondering if there is a way to get subtitles read out loud in English for the blind or hard of seeing. We were told that some places have that feature, but haven’t seen anything like it.
