Subtitles not working

I was trying to watch The Great Shaman Go Doo Shim, Episode 10. The translation completion for episode 10 showed 100% but I am not getting any subtitles. I forwarded through the episode checking at appx 2 minute intervals and there are no subs at all. I also logged out and back in and closed it and re-started several times. One of the times I re-started there were subtitles for the first 30 seconds or so and then they cut out but my other attempts didn’t even have that 30 seconds. This indicates to me that it isn’t an issue of the episode not being translated but a technical problem.

    We're sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing these issues. In order for us to understand the problem, can you please share with us the following information?

    - What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
    - What is the Operating System of this device or computer?
    - If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?

    - Is this the only episode affected? Or have you noticed other shows?
