[Closed] I want to cancel subscription. nothing works

I want to cancel subscription.  payed 4.99 plus free 7 day trial.  won't log me in.  wont play movies.  nothing works.  who do I report this to.  I want a response to cancellation.  Kim Mullins  at [email removed for security purposes]
