"There was an unexpected issue in generating log in code."

I have uninstalled VIKI multiple times and have an LG tv. I just want to watch my programs. Why will it not generate a code on the app on the TV? I'm using Firestick.

    In order for us to understand the problem, can you please share with us the following information?

    1. What Fire OS TV model number and operating system are you using?
    2. What Viki App version is installed? You can find it on settings.
    3. A screenshot of the issue or any error messages you might see.
