[Closed] AHHHHHHH
My computer crashed and I lost my sign on's and pass words. I've tried contacting the help desk but the instructions I received sent me every where but the right place. I tried to go from 4.99 per mth to 9.99 per month. That didn't work. I am confused as to how VIKI operates it's business.
