We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing subtitle sync issues when using Chromecast.
Our team is aware of this and is currently working on it.
For now, kindly follow this post for updates as this duplicate topic would be closed.
As we cannot provide an estimated date for correction now, we also suggest looking directly on our Viki.com website or in the apps in the meantime.
