  To reset your password, kindly take the below steps:

  1. Please first ensure that you're logged out from your Viki account on all of your devices. This includes your mobile, tablet, web browser (laptop/computer) and TV device. This is very important

  2. On your web browser (laptop/computer), please go to viki.com/forgot_password

  3. Enter the email address you used to register

  4. You will receive an email with further instructions. Follow the steps and update your password. Make sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see the email in your Inbox.
